RAN Associates ripoff dishonest tax reporting. Company takes out for employees social security and do not report Cleveland Ohio

RAN Associates is a staffing company that also offers payrolling for businesses. Payroll checks bounce for both cleint and employee.

Sent out bad checks when they new the money was not available. Claimed that it was because they swithced banks.

I went to verify if my W-2's were correct for social security, the amount was deducted from my pay and was not reported to the Social Security Admn.

The company's claims to pay Pittsburgh's occupation tax as a courtesy ($10 per year) and it is not paid. They will give a memo saying that it was.

In the hiring contract, if the company/division makes money for the month, you will receive profit share and when they profit,you never receive it.
