Risk Management Alternative ripoff, unprofessional and phone menace Las Vegas Nevada

This company Risk Management Alternative is handling a past Sears bill incurred by my husband. A rep from the company named Troy Doffel calls me constantly and demands to know who is on the phone. I ask him who's calling and he continues to demand to know who I am. He is calling my home and I have to answer him? Then when I continue to call and ask to speak to his supervisor, he just hangs up on me. At one point he tells me to stop playing around and get my husband on the phone. Then he gets ridiculous and starts asking if I am Sal. Clearly I am a woman, not my husband.

Finally I speak to a woman who claims is Rose Mesker and she further insults me by saying that if I am not on medication then I should be. I decide to try and get someone different in the evening and the person I get on the phone questions my wanting the address of the company. I tell him I want to mail a letter and he begins to ask what kind of letter. Then he has the nerve to ask if I am mailing a love letter. What he does is transfer me to the voice mail of the fool I spoke to earlier and bingo I get his full name and now I am able to report him. Thank you very much for being an idiotic moron.
