SafeUSmeds - Frontier Pharmacy Charged Credit Card for "order processing fee" when I cancelled the order, they won't refund because it was clearly stated on their website, it's not! bogus phone numbers, Internet

This company never would ship the order, so I finally just cancelled it. I had to do so via email, because when you call the number, it always says "they're busy" with other customers, and you may not leave a message.

They then charged my credit card 19.95 order processing fee, because they "supposedly" faxed a letter to my physician to sign off on the prescription. They will not refund because they say it's clearly stated on the website, that this is a nonrefundable fee..I checked, there's nothing on the website, as of today, that mentions this fee.

Also, when you call the 866-385-5090 it gives you another number to call if you are calling regarding this fee. I called that number and it has a short recorded message that someone will be right with you and then it hangs up.

RIP OFF, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
