Schoeppner, Inc defaulted on services rendered. They are four months behind in paying me. Rip-off! Oronoco Minnesota

I was hired to provide development services for the owner. He was always late in payments. He never attended any of the meetings that we set. I was instructed to work through one of his employees and I did so. When details were needed to assist his company he would take days and weeks to provide answers. He was late providing pricing and it was not detailed enough to use as a negotiating tool. Several jobs were found and the company never did anything to move the jobs forward.

I forwarded my monthly billing to the office for payment and the agreement was for me to be paid on the first of the month following for my services. The excuses and delays went from one month to two months behind and finally I forwarded a written document stating I could not travel to do my job without payment. I could only work from my office.

I am now in the 4th month of nonpayment. I know he has the funds. I have never received any written or oral comments stating that my services were no longer needed/wanted or that they have concluded. I have put my personal credibility on the line for this company and want only to be paid for those services that have already been performed, in an amount that has already been agreed. I am of the opinion that this was/is an attempt to commit an illegal act by taking the services and knowingly trying to avoid payment. An act not unlike theft by deception. My only interest here is in the collection of money that is already past due to me.
