We were contacted by an "Alan Cohen" about our products last year. He said we had just what they were looking for. We sent him a money order for $13,900. My partner paid for airfare and a hotel in Florida to be present at the commercial shoot. After the shoot, you're given a video tape of the commercial.

Once we started to air, we realized we had been taken. No sales came and we knew for a fact that the customer service reps taking orders knew absolutely nothing about our product.

When we tried to contact "Alan" about this, no phone calls or emails were ever returned. It was like we became actors in an episode of The Twilight Zone. We tried to contact "Sonny Pasquale", someone they attached to us to answer all of our questions and he eventually flew the coop, too. We tried to contact "Dianne Mercer" only to always get her secretary and no call backs.

These people are not even using their real names. This is a fact! We had two sales and we know that these were sales placed by S.A.N. just to keep us quiet. We were on to them and they knew it! All we want is our money back. WE have asked for this many times and informed customer service rep after rep that they breached our contract. That's when you stop hearing from them. When you tell them any form of truth, they drop you and pretend you no longer exist. This company needs to be stopped dead in its tracks!
