I must admit, I have failed. I have not looked at my credit card statement in detail in years. I found shopping essential on my credit card for $11.95 a month. I never asked for their service. I did call my credit card and they issued two disputes for me. I also called Shopping Essential at 1888-999-0564. I spoke to a representative by the name of Havier (spelling not sure of) he assured me this has been cancelled and gave me his identification number and said this is the cancellation number. He was very nice but did not want to talk about the fact that they were stealing from me. I do check my credit card statements now and we will see if they cancel my account. This is criminal that they can get away with this.
