Simple Escapes has been withdrawing money from my checking account without my authorization. I just figured it out this month. Last month I saw the withdrawal thinking it was something else. It wasn't until this month that I called them trying to cancel and get a refund.

The thing is that they didn't even know my name or address. They tried to blame it on my spouse but I am not married. They transfered me three times and no one could help me. I wasn't able to cancel the service or whatever it is but wasn't able to. I spoke to the bank and they for a 25 dollar fee will stop payment on this company.

It is obvious that they have ripped of many other people and should not be allowed to be able to use peoples accounts and retrieve money without permission.
