has been in business for over six years, and strives to provide the
best dropshipping service possible. With this in mind, we will
address each of the complaints/accusations in the order this
individual has stated.
First,
Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the
State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal
terms and agreements of that state. This customer explains that her
money was taken away, but fails to include details of what happened.
Simplx never charges any customers without previous authorization.
We can provide documented evidence for each customer which receives a
charge, and documented authorization for each charge which takes
place.
Simplx
is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company Simplicity Group, LLC.
The websites and services provided by Simplicity Group are completely
separate from each other, but are legitimate & highly valued
products offered. Packages include access to different websites,
including Simplx.com, DigitalDropship.com, ClubDropship.com, and
DropshipRewards.com, and although each of these products has a
different name, each is a different product provided by Simplicity
Group. These websites are legitimate, and provide a service for
thousands of satisfied customers.
It
appears from this complaint that the customer did minimal research on
the company as a whole. If you would like to know additional,

This customer was
most likely beyond the deadline of their refund policy, and felt that
their personal circumstances should allow them to extend the deadline
listed in the refund policy. The customer had the documentation of
this refund policy before signing and agreeing to it, but the
customer did read and agreed to this policy, and then asked that it
be changed. We strive to provide the services and products which
were promised to this customer, and the refund policy which the
customer agreed to was honored in this situation. We express our
concern for their personal circumstances, but we will honor what the
customer signed and agreed to.
Again,
Simplx wants to provide the services or products which are promised,
and is not trying to rip off any customers. Simplx values, respects,
and cares about each customer and is not trying to scam any customer
out of their money. Because we care about each customer, we
