I signed up for Mark Warren's "Ultimate Wealth Package." I cancelled and got a refund from the program. At the time I had checked the box for expert advice from "The Success Team." I had a bad feeling about this from day 2. Day 4 I called about canceling, Francois told me it would cost $575 more. I hung up. I found "Rip Off Report" and went straight to my bank to close my account and cancel my debit card. Then I called Eric Largin and after insults and telling him about my letters to the BBB and FTC and PNC Bank he said he'd refund my $$$. Two weeks later I had PNC call to ask why the refund did not come through yet.
One month later I get a call from Dani about money due. I told her I knew about the scam and that I canceled my accounts and that Eric Largin from "The Successs Team" refunded my money. She said "If I can't harass you, you can't harass me. I'll send you to collections." She knew the truth but the company purposely has 3 names so they can send a customer to collections under a different name.
I just got 2 collections notices, a phone call, and a note saying "It would be easier to collect if you'd indicate your new bank account on the check." NOT IN THIS LIFE! They want me to send them the banks statement with proof of the refund so they can copy and steal my new numbers.
What a bunch of crooks! I met someone from Utah who knows a govern-ment agency that goes after scams like this. They've been doing this to people for 2+ years!
