Support Kids contract ended after 1 year due to not recieving payment, 2 years later some how the contract renewed itself, they seem to be working for him not me ripoff Austin Texas

I signed Support kids contract 04-17-2003, after 1 year the contract ended. In 2005, I locate Charles Edward Casey, I told the Attorney General of Texas where he was. I received a check from Support Kids on 08-06-2005. So how does a contract renew itself after 2 years and 4 months. He has only payed $5445.66 since 2005.

So I would not recommend Support kids, just work with the attorney general in your state, and the courts.

How did you cancel?

How exactly did you cancel your contract? The contract says that after one year you can cancel it but you have to notify them in writing of such cancellation. It doesn't just cancel on it's own.
