I paid $35.00 in hopes of recieving cash paid surveys to make extra money at home and only recieved sweepstakes entries and surveys that weren't even worth my time to fill out.

I have written several e-mails with no responses. Some customer service!!! I have tried the phone # and it has been disconnected. I only signed up because it promised a 100% money back guarentee. What a joke!!!

I just recieved a e-mail with information for a refund. I was told to go through Clickbank to complete a form for the 100% refund. It would seem that there really is customer service but it justs takes them a bit to get to you. So if anyone has a problem you should e-mail their customer service address and it might take a couple of days for them to get to you. After the refund form is filled out it says it will take 14 days to be deposited into your account. I was panicking a bit! I'm so happy I didn't get really didn't get ripped off!!!!!
