I worked for this company during the Real Estate Expo in Los Angeles, CA.
They ripped me off and the US Government and the California State. They misclassified myself and 1000's of workers each year as independent contractors, in order to avoid payroll taxes and giving proper rights to the individuals employed by them. I was determined to be an employee by an investigation of the California Employment Development Department State Tax Branch.
I witnessed first hand how they treat their customers and suck out as much as they can. I had bought some product of theirs and returned it right away, because it was a complete waste of money. The Learning Annex is a sham promoting tax evasion!

The State of California recently reviewed our worker classifications. We paid all taxes and California had no other issues.
Everything we sell has a money-back guaranty. We gave this customer a 100% refund, so we don't know what else he wants the company to do. We sell tens of thousands of products every year through our schools, and we're very sorry this customer did not like his.
