I still have all documentation on this. I signed up, they quoted me $0.99 for 6 books and $8.97 shipping for a total of $9.96. Then they tried to bill my card $13.94. Lucky for me I used a prepaid card so they were unable to do so. I had to fight with them via email and phone for a MONTH before they took off the unauthorized amount-then they charged me a late fee in a greater amount! They have horrid customer service, they tried to steal money from me, and they just need to be shut down. Im not paying them a DIME. If anyone is starting a class action lawsuit-count me in!

This place is not located Camp Hill, PA. That is just a PO Box. Their physical address is 1225 S. Market St., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. They are also known as Book of the Month Club, Bookspan, Literary Guild, Yes Solutions, etc. The business number is 717-697-0311. The security office is 717-795-1212.

They turned the charges over to a collections agency. I am above and beyond happy with this situation because the collection agency they used violated the FDCPA. Not only did I get to advise the collection agency on how to better comply with Federal LAW-I got the books for free because I did it on a prepaid card that is in no way connected to my SSN-serves them right for trying to steal money from me.
