The Montana News Association & Donald Cyphers RipOff -THIEF - Donald Cyphers & The Montana News stole over $600 in product from my company and still actively evades making restitution Billings Montana

Donald Cyphers and The Montana News has actively and deceptively dodged from paying a bill originally dated 11-10-04 to my company for product he bought promising payment with a cashiers check.

Donald Cyphers from The Montana News phoned my business partner and ordered over $600 in product. Donald Cyphers wanted his order rushed with the promise of sending a cashiers check. Naturally, that check never made it. Still to this day, after countless letters and late notices, Donald Cyphers and The Montana News has failed to pay.

I only spoke with Donald Cyphers twice. The first time, Donald lied about his identity and told me that I needed a “security code” in order to continue any further discussions. The second time I spoke with him, months later, I quickly told him that “Today Was HIS DAY!!!” I quickly told him that I was filing with his name and the company's name with the Montana State Attorney General's office, the BBB and the local Washington State BBB. –Funny, after that call, a “mysterious, suspicious, un-named” box is mailed to me. This box only contained a part of his order. He shipped “some' of his order back and decided to keep the rest.

I fired a letter back to yet “another” address of his, explaining our “no return” policy and still fight this horrible criminal situation.

STAY AWAY from THE MONTANA NEWS and DONALD CYPHERS. Both name have an online RAP SHEET. Simply type in either name into a search engine and see what you get. Donald operates like a childish liar. As I mentioned, he has used several addresses, lies about his identity. As well, during all this, I learn that he is an immigrant. I wonder the status of his citizenship…??? STAY AWAY. I was angered that nobody has brought this useless bag of dung to justice. I plan on it. NOT for the money. I will do it so that he can't do this to anyone else. I've been successfully marketing globally for over 3 years now, and it figures, someone from MONTANA is the only THIEF I encounter. That's a sad rap for my home country, isn't it…..??
