This letter is similar to letters I have received previously from Neo Tech; including the same old fiction.

I noticed in this letter that it said, "Notice: this is not a mass mailing; this letter came to you by first-class mail,"

I looked at the envelope and the words, "DOMESTIC FIRST CLASS" and "FOREIGN AIR MAIL" are printed on the envelope. BUT, the stamp is metered and ONLY 29 cents. First class mail is 37 cents for the first ounce and 60 cents up to two ounces. This letter includes four sheets and a return envelope, so probably exceeds one ounce.
