Well I knew this was gonna be too good to be true. I am writing to report my potential rip-off from this fine upstanding caring bunch of theives.

It all started as soon as I completed my application for a dba in the state of California. I used Legal Zoom because I thought they have a good reputation. Legal Zoom hasnt really done anything wrong as far as I know, unless they were the source for The Tax Club to find me.

The tax club has contacted me to set up a llc and being new in business I thought I should at least listen to the caring sales person. After all I didnt want anything to happen to me in case I became liable for something. I was also sold a bill of goods regarding the tax club promise and ALL the tax benefits of using their service.

I haven't giving them my letter of engagement which they are pushing for pretty hard. I did have the intial call to set-up a bunch of "sessions". And they were quick to get my cc number. Also just as quick to charge they intial fee of 750.00. With another 750 next month and a monthly fee of 30.00.

I hope to get some feed back here as to how to stop this rip-off from happening to me. Somebody pleas let me know that I can stop this bunch of yahoo's from breaking my little company. Thanks anyone for your advice. I have a friend thats an attorney so I will probably contact them today. This really sucks.
