Thank you to all who took the time to report this company. Thankfully, I have not started with Trans Tech (aka) FIRST AMERICAN PAYMENT SYST.
I decided to call a recruiter after viewing the job offer online. After talking on the phone with the interviewer I decided to investigate them due to the fact when I asked the interviewer about the offer for a new car, his reply was, "it was only put there to draw attention, but no new car."
Therefore I said to myself if they would lie about this, I wonder what else they may be covering up. So I looked them up with BBB.
Low & behold the report for TRANS TECH only began since May 2007 because for some reason they decided to operate under a new name other than the name they have operated under for years according to BBB which is FIRST AMERICAN PAYMENT SYSTEMS. I wonder if it had anything to do with the unsatisfactory record it has with the BBB of 126 complants in the last 36 months? You won't find this info under Trans Tech But you will under First American Payment Systems. Once in the report scroll to the bottom and you will find both names. I'm just an honest seeker. Just tell me the truth.

Not all employees follow Human Resource rules regarding recruiting. However, had you taken the time to investigate the alleged BBB violations, your opinion may have changed. The number of complaints are minute, considering the volume of transactions by this company. Additionally, almost each and every complaint was resolved satisfactorily. By the BBB standards, those which were not are noted "company made every reasonable effort" to resolve.

Are these employees who DO NOT follow Human Resource rules regarding recruiting IMMEDIATELY FIRED? If not, why not?
And if these employees who DO NOT follow Human Resource rules regarding recruiting WERE IMMEDIATELY FIRED then the ad with false promises should have immediatly gone away... right? Is that ad still playing....??
Poor dishonest judgement in one part of a company's behavior WILL permeate ALL aspects of a company's behavior. No exceptions.
This rebuttal would be nothing but lame BS if a company using an ad suggesting the recruit will get a new car when the company really has NO INTENTION of providing a new car. There is simply no excuse for this.
I don't care about the BBB resolutions.... this is irrelevant at best..
