Trans Tech Merchant Group Lies, Lies, Lies!! ripoff Fort Worth Texas

Where do I begin? I started using this company about a year ago. A man named Larry Cameron came in to my place of business telling me that he was going to save me so much money. Well only less than a month Larry no longer works with TransTech and has never been seen again. This man is might be walking around with my info, my copy of drivers lic., and my company's info.

I'm worried that he could sell my info, or use it for personal gain. What kind of company just lets people walk around selling and taking valuable informantion like this? On another note I was told that I took debit cards and it was ok for my terminal to be used as the pin pad (i'm mean come on it has numbers on it, it even promps for it so now what?).

Now a year has passed I didn't know that I wasn't set up to use the debit side of the processing, but it's on my contract and i'm paying for it. Now a agent from Trans Tech named Johnathan Walker has called me serveral times about a pin pad that is needed in order to take debit cards. I have been charged over 1000's of dollars taking these cards and not getting the right fee. Now they want me to pay 20.00 dollars a month more for another piece of equipment on top what i'm paying which is 75.00 a month, and he told me "i'll take a year off and you will only be in a 4 yrs lease".

Well, I'm already a year into my 5 year lease that would make no sense in doing this. He also wouldn't tell how much the debit processing monthly maintance fee was. Only it was .25 a transaction and that i would only be paying 19.95 for the pin pad monthly. Sorry but a pin pad is not worth 100.00 maybe not even 50.00.

I was told by another company that if I paid for that same one out right that they are selling me it would be 30.00 at most. Don't lead into this company it is all lies and thier cusomers service doesn't hold hands. I was told by another company to get out and get out now!! You will be saving yourself so much money and headache not only that your infomation won't be given to every tom, dick and harry.
