Took credit card but did not explain cost or extra charges. They insist on you calling a phone # that has charges and doing this every two weeks to keep you hooked. Do not provide service advertised. Especially the extra charges that were not included in agreement and automatically taking them from credit card without permission and no refunds even offered!
