UltraVX owes me 75.05 ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

I reported to this company that my card was stolen on June 27,2007.

After I called the company to report and possiblly get a replacement card until they wanted to charge me $15 . I decided that I no longer wanted this card and asked if they would send me money that I had left on the card.
They closed out the account and told me that I should get a check within three weeks well four weeks went by and still no check.

Today I decided to call them again for the third time because it's now 2 months later and I still do not have my money and I'm still getting the same anwers we will send you out a check within 3 weeks now how long does this go on before I can get my hard earn $75.05 that could be going toward some school supplies for my son.

I don't how many people out there that has $75.05 to give to a company who has money when I don't even have a job right now times are hard can someone please tell me how to get my money back?
