I want to turn in 2 Magazine agencies that frauded me by using my business name to subscribe me to over 7 different magazine subscriptions and 2 of the subscriptions were inappropriate.

I am a licensed childcare so the companies subscribed me under the name (chidcare) and like I said before sent me some inappropriate magazines as well.

Here is the contact information on 1 of the companies.

Marlice was very rude to me when I called them long distance to let them know of the Fraud.
She raised her voice and told me it was this companies problem not theirs:

United Family Circulation, 303 West Shadburn Ave, Suite #10, Buford, GA, 30518. You may contact them by phone # 770.831.7722

When I received 4 different magazines in 2 days I called each magazine to ask who subscribed me to all the magazines?

all 4 magazines told me National Publishers Exchange,
and each magazine representative gave me the information to contact them and that is how I know what company frauded me.

National Publishers Exchange says it is not them and put all the blame on United Family Circulation.
National Publishers Exchanged would not help me and were extermely rude.

So I called United Family Circulation and talked to ToriIN CUSTOMER RELATIONS she told me that someone must have came to my door and then I ordered, I told her, no! that did not happen and I am reporting fraud!!

i HAVE NEVER had anyone come to my door selling magazines and i sure wouldnt purchase over 7 subscriptions with 2 of them being innoproperiate using my Childcare as a subscriber name.

I have a childcare business that is all over the internet and i was targeted that way.

I can not believe how horrible I have been treated. I am a victim and I am very upset that a business can do this to me.

I know that they got my childcare Business online and signed me up.
they even signed me up for a mens magazine
and they signed me up as childcare.
can you believe that?
very inappropriate.

I emailed
National Publishers Exchange

and have their response which was strange because
she said I said certain magazines that they signed me up with and that was false and irrelevant.?

Here is my email and their's

Dear Ms. Chilcote,
