United States Administrarive Services - Cashback America ripoff refused valid claim Orlando And Mt. Dora Florida

In March 2005, after the required 11-month waiting period following my purchases, I submitted two valid $200 voucher claims with proofs of 2 separate transactions to Cashback America, mailed to the stipulated address of USAS (United States Administrative Services, Inc.) in Orlando, FL.

USAS scammed me by incorrectly and rbitrarily "deciding" that the merchant issued 2 vouchers for a single transaction, even though I submitted proof to the contrary.

The 2 transactions took place on the same date, but the items were not ordered at the same time. I ordered one item on eBay, then discussed with my wife for a while about purchasing a second. We dicided to do so and ordered a second. Though moot in this instance, disclosure of "one transaction - one voucher" does not appear as any of the conditions set forth on the vouchers which the voucher holder(s) must agree to.

I argued my case with them via USPS mail to three different addresses, but to no avail. My last letter was addressed to the president, Mr. Richard Stupple, however, Mr. Stupple has chosen not to respond.
