Unsolicited and unauthorized charges were added to my Embarq October phone bill by USBI. USBI claims that i gave them permission via a company called Mainstreet Telephone. I did not.

Mainstreet Telephone claims i sighned up for their Mainstreet Plantinum PLN. I did not.

I had never heard of either of these companies until they showed up on my Embarq telephone bill.
