MY NAME IS NANCY XXXXXXXX I HAD PURCHASED A MOBILE HOME IN SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA FROM OAKWOOD FINANCIAL.. WHEN OAKWOOD WENT OUT OF BUSINESS VANDERBILT TOOK MY LOAN OVER..I HAD BEEN IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO MOVE MY MOBILE HOME TO FRESNO CALIFORNIA SO THE MOBILE HOME WAS EMPTY...ALL PAYMENTS WERE CURRENT...WHEN VANDERBILT TOOK OVER LOAN THEY SEIZED THE HOME AND SOLD IT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OR WITHOUT ME EVER SIGNING OFF ON THE HOME.... THE HOME WAS SOLD IN OCTOBER OF 2004 AND THEY KEEP REPORTING ON MY CREDIT NEW YEARS OF INVOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION 2004 AND 2005....NOW THAT MY FIANCE HAS FILED BANKRUPTCY AND LISTED THEM ON THE BANKRUPTCY THEY ARE REPORTING VOLUNTARY SURRENDER AS OF 2006...WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS IS PREVENTING US GETTING A HOME LOAN AND RUINING OUR CREDIT...
