Warranty experts is a joke they will tell you anything you want to hear expect for how you get a claim paid or to get a full refund.
I bought my service contract 12/06/06 I paid $1,007.00 for a peice of paper with is worth zero dollars and zero cents.

I thought I was dealing with a good company it sounded to good to be true when I went to use my contract in 2007 I got the run around I had to call this number then they gave me another phone number and then they gave me another number and on and on I was sure fired up by the end of the day being on the phone with Jason Flowers and the ceo witch had to call me back a number of days later and after about 8 emails I was getting no where. I would like to warn people do not buy from this company they do fradudelnt thing there and you will get a piece of paper the is worth nothing.

I had my RV in for so service work in there paper work it stated that I had to the the rv company check it out once a year witch I did and I paid for it when I went to us the contract for a warranty issue I got the run around like they are just the broker and I would have to fight someone else for my repair bill or full refund. The point is I did not buy the contrace from someone else I bought it from warranty experts Jason Flowers to be exacet it is up to them to keep on top of this if they sell it to a broker it is up to them to follow threw with it they have the money I paid I do not.

When you pay for something and you get it in writing it should mean something. I called warranty 10/03-07 3:55 pm spoke to Jason Flowers he said he would get back to me that day that days comes and gos 10-04-07 I called back I get mr flowers was not in today I call back a few days later I was told he was in a meeting? Meeting how to steel money from people or what they lady hung up on me.

I called back a few days later to give me time to cool off I was told that Jason and the CEO was out at some warranty RV show let me guess to see how much more money they can rack in and not pay and claims I do not no how they can sleep at night to tell you the truth.

I push a few more buttons and get there brokers name Tommy Waters he told me I had to fight Warranty experts for the money and it is a he said he said thing what every that is then he siad if I just got my contract then it was NO good then I explaned I bought it back in 2006 and this is 2007 hello hello are you there he hungup on me I called him back he said I just need to wash my hands of the $1,007.00 dollars warranty experts too my money and that was tuff $&@T to bad so sad there is a sucker bron every day and I was the sucker of the month and there was going to be a lot more suckers just like me when they take there money also. I have asked warrany experts for either a full refund or another good contract for the full 7 years just like the one I bought and paid for.

I have been waiting for two years now and I call now and then and still two years later I am getting the run around.
