Westbury Ventures/ LTS Management Unauthorized ACH Debit for pay day loan never received Dover, Delaware

On Aug. 31, I noticed a substantial amount of money had been deducted from my checking account. $390 to be exact. After reviewing my bank statement online, I found that Westbury had taken that amount. Unauthorized.

4 days later, I received a letter in the mail from them saying that I owed them that amount for a cash advanced I supposedly received in May, 2007. I never signed an agreement with them, as the letter also states I supposedly did. They also said that I had 15 days to pay $90. And that I had to pay by Moneygram.

After reviewing my bank statements from the previous 2 months, I discovered that they had attempted to debit my account 3 times for that amount same amount.

Thank goodness my bank is working with me on this to get my money back. But I want to try and make sure this company is stopped. The fees I am incurring now because of this is around $300, plus the 390 they took.
What can be done?
