Westbury Ventures Threatening phone calls Henderson Nevada

I took out a payday loan with an on line internet company, I made a partial payment to them and now they are calling me at my place of employment after having been instructed not to do so many times. The representative that has been calling and giving me threatening messages is Mr. Chen. He called today 12/28/07, and left a message on my work voice mail stating that they are trying to decide whether or not they have to proceed with the next step in collecting, and he asked that I furnish the name of my attorney who is going to represent me in this case. I did some research on the internet and found that this company is not even licensed to do business in the State of California. They want me to pay an absorbant amount of money for a $300.00 loan, which I already paid 1/2 of. This man is ignorant and refuses to stop calling me at work. I found through my internet search that they actually have a cease and desist order against them, which I printed and am going to send to them via certified mail.
Something has got to be done to stop these predators from ripping people off, I am also going to contact the State Attorney General's office regarding this matter.
