Jason Holbrook working with/for Worldwide Timeshares called stating he had a couple sitting at his desk wanting to buy our timeshare even though we had no contract with Worldwide. He was very insistent that he had a buyer and we were going to lose out if we didn't give him our credit card number RIGHT NOW!

I even had my husband call him back and he still insisted that he had a couple RIGHT in front of him and he just needed 799.00 to get the process started. He had a person call back to verify the ownership ect. He insisted that my husband NOT tell the person calling that our timeshare was sold as that would be illegal! That was in Nov. of 2003 and we've not heard a word since.

I have tried to call Jason every day for the last two months and he is either on the other line, out to lunch, not working, and now Customer Service will not return my calls. I really wish I had found Ripoffreport.com before we gave Worldwide our credit card imformation.

Shortly after filing my Rip-off Report, 30 minutes Eric Green called

Shortly after filing my Ripoffreport, I faxed the report to Worldwide Timeshare and within 30 minutes Eric Green called and wanted details of what happen. After listening to our complaint he said he would have to investigate and get back with us, which is exactely what he did and called back on 2/10/04 to inform us they had credited our credit card for the full amount. Eric was very polite and helpful.... thank you Eric and Worldwide Timeshares for doing the right thing. Frankie
