Despite written, e-mail and telephonic communication with Worldwidetimesharesales.com to be put on the 'do not call' list, to refrain from ever calling my home again by GENE PERRYMAN or anyone else from

Worldwidetimesharesales.com Yes! He calls yet again!I guess it's time for another FTC report against this outfit who contends that they have 'recording' of consent on tape to automatically draft by EFT from victims checking accounts.

Not surprizingly, they can never produce any 'proof' of consent. Gene Perryman cannot understand that this call will cost him and his company another $500.00...every time they insist on calling again.

After speaking with WT's Jarrod Rutledge who became indignant when I asked him to provide a transcript of the alleged agreement, I recieved a called from WT's Joe Rutledge. Joe was very nice and offered a refund and promised to call back to work out the logistics of the refund, since the orginal $750.00 has been through an ACH EFT transaction from the checking account which we'd since closed. After leaving 3 unreturned messages for Joe, I had the bank reverse the EFT draft & we recouped the money.

Then the calls started again from the telemarketer. Twice after being notified in writing, by e-mail and by phone that we were never to be contacted by them again for any reason.

I filed another another report the following morning to the FL Attorney General's Office for the do not call violation & they called WT immediately to have the telemarketer stopped from calling.
