As soon as I received the advertisement in the mail for Zymax I phoned the company and requested a copy of all the clinical research they claimed they had, as well as a list of ingredients.

The customer service rep was really snotty with me and said they couldn't send me that information because it was confidential. I also wanted to know how their product could be "available NOW without a presciption" when the product had never, ever, required a prescription, because it's not even a drug. Bottom line is I wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them, and the people answering the phones know absolutely NOTHING about this product!

Furthermore, it is my very stong gut feeling that any and all rebuttals filed in regard to complaints are actually employess of ZymaX! I feel really bad for anyone who lost money and I hope the people at ZymaX who make a living ripping people off end up in prison.

I am not an employee, but want to say, I dont know what it in this product, dont care, it is the only thing that I have EVER been able to lose weight on. I stopped for a few months and now want to lose my last 25lbs. I have no problem if someone wants to contact me, I came online today to see if I could re-order thru the internet and saw these complaints.

Zymax like all other products is not for everyone, my husband tried it and didnt lose a pound, but myself and my friends have done well. I feel that it is the individual person and their body.
