Pacific Cargo Service LLC P.C.S. WRONGFULL REPORTING OF TERMINATION CLACKAMAS, Oregon

i stumbled upon a ripoff report involving the firing of a pcs employee.
i also was an employee of pcs.
i was hired at a flat rate of 100.00 per line haul, yakima to mosses lake and back.
this should take 4 to 6 hours.

 shortly after starting they began dumping extra routes on me with no more compensation.
this continued the entire time i worked there. new deliverys and pickups added to the so called "line haul", with no added compensation. then they began shortening the times i had certified on a time clock, this in turn caused my drivers log to not match my time card. when i brought this up i was told not to keep a drivers log, and the times didnt matter since i was a flat rate driver.

 they do matter to me my livelyhood as a driver, depends on me keeping an accurate log book, for the multiple hauls i do. it only takes one scale master checking my log and it being over 11 hours for me to lose my license.
then they reduced the flat rate from 100.00 a haul to 95.00 per day. WTF i was hired for a line haul not per day!!! i asked whats this all about an was told there version of a line haul means per day.
i think its safe to say most the workers were pissed about this.

 there is to much more to list here an i also had done wrong. i was written up for an incident involving me doing a burnout in my own car on company property. and i was written up for 1 time not picking up freight from a place until then i had just done as a favor to another driver. i did end up getting it and delivering it anyways but was still written up for not picking up another routes freight as i had done before... another wtf...
there was never any mention of the many times i got the freight thru ontime or early when every freeway was shut down to blizzard conditions. grumbles ...

 i do need to mention that moses lake bunch were very good at there jobs my problems were with yakima an tricities bunch. 


although i still disagree that i was fired,
my problem is well ill explain...
i had to share a truck with another driver who left molded food in the truck constantly.
on july 4th 2009, around 2:30am i stopped to take a required time off driving. the truck stunk bad so i left the windows down a few inches, an locked the doors. i proceeded to do a little fishing. when i returned to the truck there was smoke boiling out of the windows. when i opened the door i discovered fireworks had been shot thru the window an burned out inside the cab.
i cleaned up the smoke damage, finished my route, and filed a report.
i expected i would be written up for the incident, but never imagined on 07-22-09 almost a month later i was fired, supposedly for that incident. during that month, i refused to haul hospital beds contaminated with deadly M.R.S.A, ya thats right they told me i would be fired if i didnt haul beds contaminated with a lethal disease. they found a dumber driver to haul them rather then lose the contract they were not equiped to handle. i had brought up tires being bald with cords showing thru around same time. i had logged an reported intermittent electrical problems an loss of power in 2 trucks, eventually one of them broke down after problem was never addressed. a friend of mine, fired an employee that was under my supervisor, who then retaliated by firing me. strange coincidences? this was just a few of the not so right things that were going on.


 
that said i left no incident or anything an thought well ill miss my friends met there.
about 6 months went by with no employers responding to applications, so i filed for unemployment.
i was refused unemployment, reason... terminated for ciggarete burn in seat. 
if it had said something like didnt fully secure truck i would have no issues but to say i burned a hole in the seat with a ciggarete, is an out right lie.
