I have paid $74.82 for a personal goods sent to my family in Federal Way Washington USA. Before sending the package I asked the clerk at the Purolator Courier at 1935 Sargeant Ave. in Winnipeg MB, Canada that I will pay any amount to avoid any charges at destination this person assured to me that there will be no charges on delivery. My sister just calls me and is telling me that UPS is charging her $33. US Dls for the delivery.
PUROLATOR SUBCONTRACT UPS FOR US DELVERIES
The worst is that IF YOU sent a package and it is not delivered, YOU have TO PAID THE DELIVERY BACK TO YOU
This is not right. The same happened to another package sent to Mexico and this is enough for me to continue using this service.
They refuse to pay the UPS charge on delivery and my sister has to pay them.
$100 for a personal delivery.
These companies must quit given service to normal citizens and just keep his friendly corporate customers since us the regular costumers do not deserve a good professional service.
UPS Said they deliver the package 3 times and nobody was at the delivery address, but happen that my sister was there all times, an ups insider toll me later that drivers do that to get more overtime.
