Hughes, Elder and Guardianship Abuse and Financial Exploitation of my mother Bernice Prehn a vulnerable adult who suffered from Alzheimer's and Dementia Colorado Springs, (El Paso County), Colorado

My RIPOFF REPORT has to deal with the fraud and corruption that went on in the Colorado Springs 4th District Court in El Paso County in Colorado Springs in Colorado when my mother went for a 1-2 month visit and became a prisoner by a bogus guardianship hearing that my evil sister put together with a "new" durable Power of Attorney that she or an agent acting on her behalf forged and how her attorney E Steven Ezell  violated my mother's 1st, 4th, and 14th amendment rights and took advantage of my mother who had in 1998 made her guardianship choices made clear in my father's Living Trust dated 1-13-1998. The Colorado Court committed Frauds of the court and did it under the color of law by holding a guardianship hearing in January of 2009 of a person who was not a resident of Colorado and totally ignored the Trust that was set up in Michigan and governed under Michigan law. My sister and others involved in this scam or scheme to defraud my father's trust and my mother's wishes in her Lat Will and Testament dated 5-10-2007 by ignoring what my parents wishes were and in the process financially destroyed me in order to get their hands on my parents estate and benefit financially by this elaborate miscarriage of Justice. I have contacted local, state and federal officials and they all remain silient to these crimes including what I believe to be my mother's murder by starvation at the hands of my emotionally disturbed sister Marlene Prehn Nelson. Google BARK radio station and listen to the 3 hour broadcast where I was the guest speaker and exposed those involved in these white collar crimes including, extortion, embezzlement, coercion, kidnapping after the fact, mail theft, mail obstruction, judicial and attorney misconduct and accessories to a murder after the fact. I want national radio, tv and newspaper coverage to EXPOSE those who did this to my mother who was 89 years old when she was killed. I have legal documents and court papers to show the forgery, fraud and corruption.
