Goodhue County Judge Clark Deprvation of Parental Right is Ok in this Court Red Wing, Minnesota

Much is made of Deadbeat Dads who do not pay child support. Father who do not pay support, for whatever reason, are jailed, have there drivers licence removed and harassed until they pay up. However in Goodhue County Minnesota, deprivation of parental F\Rights, Minnesota chapter 609.26 is not only acceptable but depriving a father of court ordered visitation is condoned and rewarded. recently Ms. Rocelyn T. Anway was arrested on to felony charges of violation on Minnesota Chapter 609.26, Deprivation of parental rights. Ms. Anway has denied Court oreder visitation 48 times. Including a year of deprived visitation. When Ms. Anway was brought to Court. Honorable Judge Clark, of Goodhue County, Minnesota, simply dismissed the charges. Ms Anway has also been in front of Judge Clark for Contempt of Court for denied visitation. In every hearing, Honorable Judge Clark simply dismisses the action so the rule that Woman will not be heald accountable for there actions is continued.

Simply, if a woman refused court ordered visitation in Goodhue county Minnesota, there is nothing you can do. Woman with custody can thumb there noses at the laws, and the Courts will reward them. Imagine if this kinda of corruption was applied to the child support claims. But that is different, men get the hammer dropped on them for non-payment of support, But woman get rewarded for dening court ordered visitation.
