Judge Evan P Kirvin Corrupt Judge makes support order that does not consider $180,000 yearly of deposited tax free income and concealed accounts El Cajon, California

I h ave been in family court for 6 years now trying to get an order for child support for my 4 kids. Their father became a millionaire in 2005. This enables him to buy the court system. Put simply, I have already proven to the courts that Mr. Michael J Caldwell, co founder of the billion dollar company CSIDentity, my ex husband, has many concealed bank accounts that an investigator found, has $180,000 of tax free depostis in addition to his regular $150,000 income, has fake tax returns missing his K-1's, and has a slew of hidden assets. However, this judge, repeatedly refused ot let me have any informatnion on his assets, his ownership of the 5 companies he is part owner of, or on his income.

All I have is the bank statmetns showig $280,000 of after tax income depsotsied int ot his 5 bank accounts and more bank accounts I cannot get a hold of. Unfortunately, Evan Kirvin is married to Deputy District Attorney Bryn Kirvin, which makes it impossible for me to get any justice. I am without money, have fought in court for the past year pro per, and the court denies everything. There is no explanation except bribery, blackmail, or a simple court judge payoff by a rich man. Unfortunately this is very common. Court judges are often paid off, or threatened and there really is nothing anyone can do. They have absolute power, which corrupts absolutely. Do NOT file for child support, it will destroy you. It will destroy your children. The system is stacked against moms who try to do the right thing for their kids. Just accept public assistance, and get financial help elsewhere.
