Judge John Kennedy Due to Judge Kennedy's judicial misconduct, he allowed our neighbor to shoot and kill our dog Mayer Arizona

Since December of 2006, our neighbor has been harassing us, interfering with our limousine business, keeps us under constant video survailance, he writes down all the liscense plate numbers of everyone that visits us. He files false reports to police, told the police that we are drug dealers because we have a limo service and two porsches. He forged neighbors names on court documents to make it look as if he has support to his little war.

When we had to appear in court before Judge Kennedy, we ended up with over a $1000 in tickets in spite of the fact that we presented evidence that contradicted. JUdge kennedy would not allow to be heard in court, instead, he uses his courtroom to harass us. Just last week we attempted to get an injunction against a guy in his court and once again, despite the fact we had written proof of death threats and irreparable harm......he denies us the injunction.

OUr neighbor now is in the belief that he can walk between the rain drops and does not have to pay consequences. And all because this neigbor does not like me.....he shoots and kills our dog and the cops and the judge would not file charges. We are holding Judge Kennedy 100 percent responsible for the death of our pet....Yes...we got ripped off.
