LA County Superior Court When a court makes a mistake they need to take full responsibility for there mistakes Bellflower California

I received a ticket for cv 14601 suspended license couple of month ago, which I had no knowledge of why or when it was suspended. I went to court on the date shown on the ticket to get an extension when I was told by the clerk that there was no record of the ticket on file. I was told there is a chance it might have got lost in the system. Month later, I was mailing something at the post office when six sheriff deputies approached me inside and grabbed both my arms and proceeded to force me outside. They asked me what my name was and arrested me for 2 arrest warrants.

Warrant #1: Ticket that had no record on the day I showed up.
Warrant #2: For not paying restitution but the thing is I have the Court's

own receipt that shows I paid it in full and the case was closed.???

Cost me $5000 for bail amount $50,000 plus 3 days in county jail losing my mind.

Arraignment day: They make copies of my evidence of payment that proves

court's mistakes in chambers. They make it seem like they will

straighten things out and set another court date for

discovery
Pretrial: They are trying to get me for cv 14601 now and on top of that I don't

even know what happened with the 2nd warrant. The court just

completely brushed it off like nothing. I think the Public Pretender is in

on it too. I ask him about the 2nd warrant and he starts talking fast

like the micromachine guy and asks me ""what are you talking about?"

I will do everything possible so that this doesn't happen to another innocent citizen and so the court starts to take responsibility for their mistakes. Court is no different from a large corporation that takes responsibility for one of their employees except that they can brush things off.
