Mr. Borsellino defrauded public aid to get child support out of me Pekin Illinois

After 20 years I am still being sued for child support even though the kids lived with me since 1998, and are now 25, 24 and 22 yrs of age.

Even though kids lived with me, he used them as his dependents in order to qualify for PUBLIC AID, specifically a medical card.

So, in 2002, the State garnished my wages for a set amount, approx $7000 and I paid it in full. Two attorneys I saw gave me the same advice, "it was cheaper to pay, then to fight the State of IL".

To make matters worse, after kids were 18, he used our grandson as his dependent in order to qualify for State Aid, even though he owns his own business, property, other assets. I turned him in, but Dept of Public Aid, just doesn't care.

In retaliation, he drug me back into court on the old support order. I thought the Judge would throw it out. Obviously, he hadn't 'bothered' to take me to court all the years they lived with me, or it would have been turned around. But, after-the-fact, was the loophole that worked. I also thought I could show kids' school records (we lived in another State), but the Judge didn't care.

He said it was MY responsibility to have the old order "MODIFIED", and because I didn't, he ordered me to pay $25,000.

I have had to warrants for my arrest, as a DEADBEAT parent. This is how our system works.....

He defrauded public aid. And I paid for the attorney that won him UNDO child support. What a joke.
