904-402-9658 Jack Wilson Alledged Collection Agency, pretending to be Police, telephone harrassment, strong arm collections Jacksonville, Florida

This man with what appears as a Heavy mid-eastern accent called my sister's cell phone several times harrassing her and threaten her stating that I did something illegal and that she co-signed on the loan with me and that if she did not get me to contact him that she would be arrested. He did the same thing to my aunt, who told him where to go. And then he called my cell and left a threaten message stating that if I did not call back within 24 hours, I needed to obtain an attorney and that if neither I nor my attorney returned his call he would consider it an attempt to avoid his call and I would be arrested in 1 day and that my SSN would be blocked. He called my ssn out to let me know that he did indeed have my correct information.

The threats to my family was additional to force me to contact him. This is moster type strong arming and needs action now.

I googled the number and it appears several people have had simular experiences.  The number 904-402-9658 is owned by New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLC of Duval, FL.

I can't locate a number to call this phone provider to request information or to report this caller. 

I have been making it known on every fraud reporting site that I can locate about this so-call collections agency/fruad.

Anymore information on what should be done to stop them from calling and threaten my family and me without changing all of our numbers would be greatly appreciated. 

 Also I don't know what this guy is planning on doing with my SSN # but I'm trying to contact everyone now and get in touch with the FBI.
