Advance me today means they will advance themselves for a long time to come.  Desperate people do desperate things and these types of companies prey upon us.  Once you get the loan, you will be only paying on the interest for a very, very long time.  So, if you borrow $500 and think you are going to pay the $150 fee just one time, think again.  You will be paying the $150 fee many times, which they say is the interest.  Keep in mind that you have not begun to pay the $500 back, you are just paying the interest fee of $150.  So, you  are paying $150 still owing the $500.  So, if you are lucky enough to make some arrangements, you are still going to pay the $150 each and every time.  Even if you were able to pay the orginal amount owed back your next pay period, no manner what your next period is, you are still going to owe $150.  If you borrow $500 on the 10th and get paid on the 15th, you owe $650.  If you get paid on the 30th, you are still going to pay another $150 and still owe $500.  So, in esscene, you are paying $150 each and every time you make a payment if you cannot pay the orginal back.  This is such a big ripoff.  We are desperate when we make the loan or otherwise we wouldn't make it and then we are taken advantage of big time, over and over and over again.
