I was online balancing my budget today....something I admit, that I am bad about doing. Well, I noticed multiple charges from these two companies over a period of 6 months. Each company was charging me 19 dollars and change each month. I had never heard of them before, let alone received anything from them in the form of goods or services.

I called my bank, and they geve me the numbers for both companies. I called each one, and each recording referred me to the same website. This website you go to for cancellation is a total fraud. When you click on the link to cancel, it just takes you to a page of advertisements - as if its doing a google search. I felt so stupid!

In the end, all I was able to do was wait for the B.S. recording to finish, then press 1 to cancel my account with them. I did file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, though - like that will ever do any good.
