Shari-
You couldnt have said that better. I have been in the business since April of this year and I have gone out 3 times now since I got my cards which took a little longer to get because of a minor miscommunication on the printing company's part, but I have started getting calls left and right and average about 2-4 daily.
I have one client who was supposed to sign up with me last week but due to a minor set back he had to wait a couple weeks. I have since had 3 or 4 other people requesting information and I ran out!!! I am scheduled to get my dental brochures again this week. I cant keep enough of them on hand. I have businesses asking me to leave more than the normal amount of cards because they run out before I come back the following week.
You know Tina, I agree with Shari. There has to be something you are doing wrong. And by the way I have already even met with one client in person. The people will come if you know how to talk to them and approch them with it. If you follow the script that you were given by lowell and wendy farmer, you shouldnt have any problems.
Thanks again Shari I wouldnt have said things any better than the way you did. If people are going to get involved with a business like this they have to be willing to try. They cant just go out there 1 or 2 times, or sit in front of the computer waiting for it to happen. It took me my third time of going out before calls came in. I have had previous business owner experience for me that's why it's so easy to do this. If people would just learn to do the system the right way they would find it really does work the way it's supposed to!
oh and Tina, this company is backed by the US chambers of commerce too. If they thought this company was so bad.... why would they endorse it? Yes there is a 30 day written cancelation policy and I think you're using the double charge as an excuse to blame them for something they dont do. I have never ever been double charged for anything and I have been with the company since April and this is almost June.
I think you need to take shari's advice. Dont blame a company for your mistake of your business not working the way it should. And the reason they may have done that with the way they did the payment is because they have different payment options. Every state is different. Maybe that is how they do their quarterly payments or she chose to have smaller payments taken out of her account which is why they did it that way. It might be possible if she used a checking account. They have several ways of paying for the service plan I would contact the company or have your sister and confirm how they are taking it out maybe she set it up one way thinking she did it another. It's very possible mistakes do happen. We are human. Legitimate companies are thoroughly investigated if they are listed by the US Chambers of commerce so obviously you are in the wrong not AmeriPlan.
