AMERSHOP.NET A mysterious charge on my card of $4.94 charged by a "company" AMER.NET and have no idea who they see.l called my bank and the only information they had was the name AMERSHOP.NET from Florida, mind you Internet, Florida

Today 2/9/2012 a $4.94 charge was made on my card by a company called AMERSHOP.NET,l'be never dealt any form of business with them,didn't know they existed until l called my bank to report or rather dispute the transaction,that's when l heard that name for the first time and that's the only information my bank had,no address,no phone number.Googled the name and found a ton of reports on them.So inconveniencing.
