AOL, American On Line they take my money by cheating with wrong answers Nationwide

AOl took my money out of my checking account with no convencing reasons. The story as follows: I was a dial-up customer with AOL for 3 years and 6- months. I was paying around 9 dollars every month out of my checking bank account. After 3 years and 6 months, I called to AOL on may 27 to cancel my account. And, the person that I talked to said to me, I would pay my closing bill by june 19 and then the account would be closed. The reason that the account has to be open to june 19 is because of my billing cycle is around the 20th of every month.

So, I have to wait to one month by paying an advance payment of one month and then the cancellation would be confirmed by june 19, 2009. While I was waiting to close the account for the same amount of payment that I used to make every month, AOL charged my checking account for $121.30. That is just outstanding balance charged to my checking account without my awarness. I called to AOL on June 24,2009 to asked how that could happen by calling this number, 1-888-265-8003, billing department as the lady said when I talk to her; and, I found a strange answer from her.

She said I was charge for using long distance number from 05/22/2009 to 05/27/2009 to get to connect to the dial-up internet service. The truth was here, I never used that AOL dial up internet connection during those times, because I switch my home internet service to AT&T high speed internet service. And, now I am believing that AOL are cheating on thier customers. This is my understanding, if you were a member of AOL, you are not free to leave as you were free to join them. All the conversation I made were with the AOL officails billing and cancillation department were recorded. The under covered stilling is going by the AOL on the honest citizens. Just the one that happen on me.
