To Whom It May Concern:

I am inquiring about several transactions that has been taking place from my checking account. By AP9*privacymatters on these particular dates 2-19-08,2-25-08,3-25-08 and 4-15-08 from my account.

I canceled my membership on the 2-14-08.

I have e-mail them on several occasion and called. Most of the number are not correct numbers. The agency has used several names to transfer money from my account.

By using the abbreveation AP9* that is how I know that it is the same agency everytime. My bank did a investigation as well.

I was refunded on last month. I thought that this matter was over with. Until, I check my account and I was charged 4 times again.

Please, this company must be stopped. I am currently overseas and it is hard to track this company down.

Please help me and others like me put a stop to this before someone is seriouly hurt. The reason I have not close my account is because most of my bills are paid on-line using my checking account.

I will close it now and make other arrangements. Thank you for your time and patience.
