I signed up with a company online (Direct File access.com) & paid their one time signup fee of $4.95 via Visa credit card debit. This debit occurred very recently, around June 24th,08 and I noticed the name of the company to which the $4.95 went: Billinghlp.com palma de mall ES. A few days later, I was debited by the same company or 'entity' for $29.99 for an unspecified reason. I had a bad feeling about this so went online and found that 3 previous reports exist with Ripoff Report where Billinghlp.com is listed as the suspect company or entity.

My attempt to stop BILLINGHLP.COM from attempting further debits.

AUTHOR: Fettenberg - Santa Fe (U.S.A.)

Returned to DirectFileAccess.com and terminated my account.
I was able to do this by logging out of my account on their site! While I was
logged in I could get no info regarding their terms and conditions. I also
sent them via an internal (onsite) e-mail form my info regarding
BILLINGHLP.COM PALMA DE MALL ES - & that they were the company
named in my bank statement (debits from 25th and 30th of June 2008 )
and demanded an explanation of the latter debit for unselected
services in the amount of $29.99.

Since DFA acknowledges that if you terminate your account, no record of
the account is supposed to remain in their database. Let's see if that
means that "BILLINGHLP.COM PALMA DE MALL ES" will attempt no further
debits from my account.

In any event I will visit my bank tomorrow and report this incident.
I will show them the pictures I took showing the webpage(s) in which I filled out a form terminating my account. This should mean that my bank should not honor any further debits from BILLINGHLP....At least I hope so.

My bank (credit card) agreed to block further debits on my credit card.

AUTHOR: Fettenberg - Santa Fe (U.S.A.)

Hopefully BILLINGHLP.COM PALMA DE MALL ES will not attempt any further debits. The bank said that if they try, they will protest further debits against the new credit card. I do have proof of having cancelled my account with direct file access.com - so the bank will go along with protesting any further debits. If you get scammed by BILLINGHLP.com etc, it is imperative that you act fast. Cancelling your account with DirectFileAccess or with fulrealeases.biz ( also linked to BILLINGHLP.COM etc ) is a must - you can do that if you are logged out of your account with the dfa or fullreleases. When you talk to your cc provider, I'm sure that mentioning these Ripoff Reports will be helpful.
