Botton Line Books Bottom Line Publications I noticed 2 charges to my credit card for $59.90 ea to this company on 09/03/10 for something I did not order no r recieve...called them and got into a helluva argument but no relief. Des Moins, Delaware

I ordered 3 books a few months ago from this company and paid for them by check and recieved them as expected. on 9/3/10 I noticed 2 charges on my debit/credit card acct. for $59.90 each to Bottom Line Books

I contacted them by phone and was told (by a very unprofessional customer service person) that I had ordered 6 CD's on financial security or financial planning and I must have ordered them,"how else would we have your credit card number"

I have never ordered any CD's nor have I received any CD's from Bottom Line Books or any other business names they go by, (which should be "SCAM INCORPERATED"), incidentally, I got a statement in the mail the same day showing that I had ordered a subscription titled Natural Healing..12 issues for $39.00 by Bottom Line,Not Guilty!

I became so infurorated with the ugly person on the phone that I didn't get any information regarding the transaction such as why I was charged the same amt twice for something I didn't order nor receive.

Anyhow, I noticed that this business has a long list of,(121) such fraudlent tranactions and wold like to know if anyone has had any success or JUSTICE.
