Buy.com Fraud unauthorized automatic withdrawals Whittier California

Bought a wireless card in 12/2007 and have been charged automaticly 12.00 a month without invoice or notification. they state they only use email, and thay email is a more sales email not an invoice!

Strange the subject line does not state invoice or charges just buy.com spam looking email, that always gets deleted.

They state they have my email as proof but when is an email address authorize a monthly charge, for a email discount? That is 1000% profit for this company. yes to buy the wireless card I gave my card number but nowhere did it say this will be a automated charge! they did refund the last two months and filling a form for the rest.
