Capital Merchant Solutions, Inc. Jeremiah Davis Company is fraudulently taking money from my bank account Bloomington, Illinois

On 3-17-10 I was contacted by Jeremiah Davis. I had interest in this company to do my credit card processing. Jeremiah took all of my information of the phone. He then sent me a MERCHANT APPLICATION through the email. The title of the file is MERCHANT APPLICATION. Jeremiah instructed me too look it over and make sure everything is correct and fax it to his office. The application was faxed along with other documents. I never heard from the company until I received a bill for $63.90. This was automatically pulled from my bank account. The company never told me that my application was approved, I never heard from Jeremiah Davis or anyone from their company. On 4/27/10 I finally received some communication from Ty Bonds. she instructed me that not only would they not be refunding the $63.90, but they would be charging me a $300 dollar early termination fee. This company is committing fraud, plain and simple. They have never contacted me, nor did they even attempt to reprogram my terminal. They have never provided a service. They have done nothing. Jeremiah told me all along that this was a APPLICATION. I have emails to prove this. I am a small business and really need the BBB's help in this matter. Thank You, David Powell T-Shirts Ink.
