Capital One Credit Card Services absolutely ripped me off !!! Salt Lake City utah

i was given a capital one credit card with a $300.00 limit. i always made the payments on time and far more than the minimum payment, sometimes payments as high as $150.00. all was fine for the first 4 months. made payments online and or by phone. never an issue. till one day i was notified my payment was late. i knew it wasnt, i disputed it and sure enough my payment was never credited toi my account, i was told they have issues with the online payment center, made my payment the next month, all was fine again. the next month the same issue. payment was never recieved, i spoke with account managers they issued me the temporary credit, reversed the late fees and called my bank to speak with my bank to make sure the payments came out of my checking acct, my bank assured them it did and they told me not to worry this will all be corrected my credit report, my cap one acct all will be cleared, once again it was not months went by i kept calling cap one. i must have run up a $1000.00 cell phone bill calling these fools. each time i spoke with an account supervisor and they confirmed the payments were made i would send in the proof of payments to cap one. i did this 30 times easily. each time as my acct was running up with late fees and over limit fees, i was assured the payments would post, the credit report would be corrected and the late fees and overage fees would come off. NEVER HAPPENED!!!. now we are into a year later no resolve my credit is ruined my acct is charged off, i owe 700 dollars when in reality i owe nothing. and i cant even refinance my car due to cap one. i disputed this with the credit reporting agencies even offering to send them the banking proof. no one will help!
